Who is Catherine Droessler?
Hi, I'm Catherine and I'm the Founder of The Menopause Fat Loss Method.
After struggling for years to shed my own menopause weight gain, I finally discovered the secret, after which I shed 25+lbs of stubborn menopause weight gain (for good) in 3-months. More importantly I learned how to integrate MFL into all aspects of my life (travel, vacations, holidays, planned events, and unplanned events) - so that I don't have to choose between "life" and how I look & feel.
And now, I've made it my mission to teach other women to achieve similar results through my proven 5-Stage Menopause Fat Loss Method, so they can skip all the gruelling trial & error I went through, and instead fast track their results and learn from someone who has been in their shoes.
