The MFLM for LIFE Payment Terms

Our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by these Payment Terms and Conditions, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in The Menopause Fat Loss Method for Life Membership.

All purchases are non-refundable.

 
Tuition

1. Tuition options for the The Menopause Fat Loss Method Continuation Membership are: 

  • 3-month renewable payment of $290 first payment due today with billing every 3 months
  • 6-month renewable payment of $485 first payment due today with billing every 6 months
  • 12-month renewable payment of $970 first payment due today with billing every 12 months

You understand and acknowledge that you are signing up for a recurring fee that will continue and will not cancel until you explicitly request to do so as outlined below. You are responsible for the payment of the membership regardless of your participation level.

You may request to cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected] a minimum of 10 calendar days prior to your next renewal date.  If no request to cancel is received 10 days prior to your renewal date, you will be responsible for the upcoming renewal payment - and your membership will continue on a recurring basis (monthly, 6-month, annual). There are no exceptions.

If a payment fails or is declined, access to all program elements will be immediately revoked, with no refunds. If payment is successfully processed within 2 business days program access will be reinstated with conditions. 

 

2. Tuition options for the The Menopause Fat Loss for LIFE FULL Membership (including MFL for Life Membership Hub, Recipe & Meal Plan Hub, Monthly Healthy Habit & DFY/DIY Meal Planning Challenge, Tailored Path based on Milestones) are: 

  • 3-month renewable payment of $590 first payment due today with billing every 3 months
  • 6-month renewable payment of $985 first payment due today with billing every 6 months
  • 12-month renewable payment of $1970 first payment due today with billing every 12 months

  • 6-month renewable payment of $1985 first payment due today with billing every 6 months
  • 12-month renewable payment of $3970 first payment due today with billing every 12 months

You may schedule your VIP private 1:1 coaching session(s) with Catherine after the first payment has been processed.

 

 

Intellectual Property

Our Limited License to You (and you alone). 

Unless otherwise stated, Catherine Droessler and Even Better After 50 (EBA50) Services Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material inside the Program and Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Program Hub for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from The MFL for Life Membership Program & Recipe Hubs 
  • Sell, rent , teach or sub-license material from The MFL for Life Membership Program & Recipe Hubs 
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from The MFL for Life Membership Program & Recipe Hubs 
  • Share, Teach or Redistribute content from The MFL for Life Membership Program & Recipe Hubs 


Release Authorization

By enrolling in the Program, you hereby grant permission to Catherine Droessler and her company EBA50 Services Inc. the right for use of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts, messages, or emails you voluntarily share inside The Menopause Fat Loss Method CLIENT ONLY Facebook group, Menopause Fat Loss for Life Facebook Group, Even Better After 50 Coaching with Catherine Facebook page, Instagram page or other platforms, without payment or any other consideration.

You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.

Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Programs, Courses, Audio files, Workbooks, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising. There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing the Program, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
